The Kick Off

Before starting this reflection, I clarify this is only my point of view, and that I write having in mind my own experiences. Each person live and enjoy life in their own way, and I'm not trying to give advice or anything similar. This said, let's start.

So many people in this world look for their beloved ones without success and they ask themselves the reason why they don't find THE RIGHT person.

Easy! Stop seeking.

Love (real love, not the mixed up concept of romantic love at the first sight, that it's not more than attraction) will come one day or another, it just happens when least expected. What's more, it doesn't happen in an instant, as if Cupid had pierced your heart with an arrow, but it develops little by little while you and the other person get to know each other better and then trust, the same that happens between friends.

Of course, attraction is an important part of the formula, otherwise, friendship and love would be equal. In fact, there's a very common doubt that generates in our minds in at least one moment of our lives: What am I feeling, is this love or is it only affection? Do I care too much for this person? Am I getting CRAZY, that I can't stop thinking about him/her??!


 


But my point is... what I believe it's more necessary in relationships is to trust: when you trust someone so much that you can be yourself no matter what and you really look forward to talk with that person to tell him/her everything, I bet you both have something special.

 Mmm also self-steem play an important rol but... I'm going to stop here because that would take several chapters.
